freshwipe.gg is a gaming server discovery platform. We list public game servers, show live or periodic status data, provide search and filtering tools, and allow verified server owners to claim and manage their listings.

The service may include server discovery, live status checks, Lazy Search, wipe calendar, favorites, voting, profiles, friends, LFG tools, support tickets, owner dashboards, Plus membership, tokens, and promoted placements.

We are not a game publisher, server host, payment card processor, or operator of third-party game servers unless expressly stated.

You may use freshwipe.gg only if you can legally enter into an agreement with us and are not prohibited from using the service under applicable law.

You are responsible for your account, login credentials, account activity, and the accuracy of information you provide. Do not impersonate another person, server owner, creator, affiliate, company, or Freshwipe staff member.

Administrator and moderator accounts may be subject to additional security requirements, including two-factor authentication. Steam sign-in and Steam linking are intended for normal user and owner accounts, not staff login.

Your username, profile image, cover image, badges, level, Steam verification status, favorite games, friends, LFG activity, server ownership, affiliate status, and similar profile information may be visible depending on your settings and the feature used.

If you connect Steam, you authorise us to receive and use Steam information made available to us, such as SteamID64, public persona information, avatars, profile visibility, and public game/playtime data where your Steam privacy settings allow it. Steam does not provide your email address to freshwipe.gg.

freshwipe.gg may discover public server listings from game server query protocols, public directories, APIs, and other public sources. Discovered listings may include server name, game, IP address, port, player count, map, region, wipe-related data, and detected tags.

Server data may be delayed, incomplete, inferred, unavailable, or wrong. We may label data as owner confirmed, verified by live query, detected from server name, estimated from history, or unknown.

We may update, enrich, hide, remove, or moderate listings to improve quality, comply with law, or protect users and platform integrity.

If you own or operate a listed server, you may request to claim it. We may require proof of control, such as placing a temporary verification code in a public server name, title, MOTD, description, or another supported public field.

You must not claim a server you do not own, operate, or have authority to manage. We may approve, reject, reverse, delay, or manually review claims if ownership is unclear or disputed.

Claimed owners may edit supported listing fields such as descriptions, structured rules, images, Discord links, website links, wipe schedule, and owner-confirmed information. Live-discovered fields such as server name, IP, port, online status, and current player count may be locked.

User content includes profile content, server descriptions, rules, images, screenshots, comments, reports, support tickets, LFG posts, endorsements, and similar material you submit.

You keep ownership of your content, but you grant Freshwipe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, resize, crop, display, publish, moderate, and use that content as needed to operate, protect, improve, and promote the service.

You must have the rights needed to upload and use your content. Do not upload illegal, infringing, malicious, sexually explicit, hateful, deceptive, or private personal content.

Search results, rankings, recommendations, favorites, votes, levels, badges, and promoted placements may consider many factors, including relevance, game, tags, region, online status, player count, wipe freshness, recency, engagement, claimed status, paid placement, and anti-abuse signals.

Do not manipulate votes, favorites, analytics, claims, rankings, or search through bots, fake accounts, scripts, paid vote rings, coercion, misleading rewards, or unauthorised automation.

Promoted placements may improve visibility on freshwipe.gg, but they do not guarantee joins, traffic, server population, revenue, ranking, votes, or player behaviour.

Plus is a paid membership that may provide owner growth tools, advanced analytics, ranking insights, exportable reports, listing quality tools, priority support marking, Plus badges, additional media capacity, monthly bonus tokens, and other benefits.

Tokens are an internal freshwipe.gg balance used for promoted placement time and possible future platform features. Tokens do not expire by default, have no cash value, are not legal tender, are not cryptocurrency, and cannot be transferred, withdrawn, resold, or redeemed for money unless required by law.

Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. Plus subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Invoices and receipts may be stored and shown in your billing page or payment provider portal.

Prices shown on freshwipe.gg checkout pages are intended to be final customer-facing prices including any applicable taxes or charges shown during checkout.

Freshwipe Digital OÜ is not currently VAT registered in Estonia. While we are not VAT registered, we do not separately charge Estonian VAT and invoices may not show VAT as a separate tax line. If our VAT status changes, checkout, invoices, and tax wording may be updated.

Business customers are responsible for providing accurate billing details and tax information. We monitor revenue against VAT-registration thresholds, but you should rely on your own accountant or tax adviser for your own tax treatment.

You may cancel Plus through the available account, billing, or Stripe portal tools. Cancellation normally stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or expressly approved by us.

Refunds for tokens, promotions, subscriptions, or digital services may be limited where the service has already started, tokens have been credited or spent, promotion time has begun, or digital access has been delivered.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived by these Terms. Before Plus or token checkout starts, we ask for acknowledgement that digital delivery starts immediately and that withdrawal/refund rights may be limited once the digital service, tokens, or promotion time begins. This does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.

We may review, scan, remove, restrict, hide, deprioritise, suspend, or disable content, accounts, listings, promotions, claims, tickets, or features where needed to enforce these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, law, payment rules, or platform safety.

Enforcement may include warnings, content removal, claim rejection or reversal, listing suspension, account suspension, account termination, token restrictions where connected to abuse, promotion cancellation, affiliate rights removal, audit logs, or legal/provider escalation.

Where required by law, we may provide a reason for moderation decisions and a way to contact us or appeal. Illegal content notices and moderation questions can be sent to legal@freshwipe.gg or through support where available.

The freshwipe.gg service, brand, software, design, database, ranking systems, logos, and related materials are owned by Freshwipe Digital OÜ or our licensors.

freshwipe.gg may reference third-party games, game titles, game logos, platforms, server names, communities, and creators for identification and discovery purposes. Unless expressly stated, Freshwipe is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Valve, Steam, Facepunch, Bohemia Interactive, Mojang/Microsoft, Rockstar Games, Garry's Mod/Facepunch, Studio Wildcard, Smartly Dressed Games, The Indie Stone, or any other game publisher, platform, creator, or server owner.

All third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect listing accuracy, safe third-party servers, error-free data, or specific outcomes from Plus, tokens, promotions, rankings, votes, analytics, or search placement.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Freshwipe Digital OÜ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the specific paid service during the three months before the event or EUR 100.

This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie and Session Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the website, email, or in-app notice.

These Terms are governed by Estonian law, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise. If you are a consumer, you may have rights in your country of residence that these Terms cannot remove.
